Drive up hunts include guides, decoys, blinds, stools, and land required for the hunt.
*Personal hunting gear, guns, ammo, licenses, food and lodging are not included.
All-inclusive hunts include everything from a drive up hunt as well as lodging and meals.
*Snacks, drinks, personal hunting gear, guns, ammo, and licenses are not included.
Pricing does not include tips for guides – While tips are never required, they are greatly appreciated by the guides and helps them to be able to continue making a living doing what they love. We do not include tips in our pricing or their base salary because we believe they should be rewarded for the level of effort they put in on each individual hunt, and who better to know the quality of the service they provided than the client. Recommended tips range around 15% to 20%, but the amount you give them is entirely up to you based on your satisfaction with the effort they put in for you on your hunt.
All deposits are non-refundable. In most cases deposits can be used for rescheduling hunts to another date or season. In cases where we cancel the hunt due to circumstances outside of our control, we will work with the client on a case-by-case basis to determine if rescheduling is an option. In cases where rescheduling is not an option, on a hunt canceled by the outfitter, refund of deposit paid by client will be provided.
Absolutely no refunds will be provided for hunts that are canceled/terminated, by outfitter, for client misconduct, violation of rules/regulations, or other conditions that result in the outfitter terminating the hunt with cause. Hunts cancelled by client within 14 days of the hunt will be managed on a case-by-case basis to determine if rescheduling of hunt is possible.
We provide lodging in all areas that we hunt. Lodging varies from an open floor plan camp style lodge to a newly built multi-level lodge. Depending on the size of your group we may utilize multiple lodges to accommodate all clients and guides.
For all-inclusive hunts where meals are provided, meals will include a full dinner and a continental or full breakfast. At times we may provide breakfast in the blind depending on conditions and set up. Alcohol, other drinks, snacks, and lunches are not provided.
